As someone who gets very annoyed by the all too common poor service from many organisations, I was delighted with the super service from Orkney Optical Labs. My re glazed spectacles were returned in very quick time, even though a Postal strike had delayed postage. They had taken the trouble to inform me that the Strike might delay the return, but surprisingly they completed and returned my order within a few days. Very well done - I would recommend you to anyone, and will.
